When you have pain in the neck, you are experiencing one of the many ways that soft tissue can become strained and overstretched.
In a healthy person, soft tissues work in harmony with the body to allow for sound physical function and function. However, when you are experiencing neck pain, the soft tissue becomes weakened, or is overworked, and begins to become strained and irritated. This is a recipe for pain and dysfunction.
There are some ways you can reduce or even eliminate your neck pain. Some of these include:
